Students must meet minimum requirements on the TABES. Students also need to have a working understanding of computers. We suggest that students who are interested in real estate talk with practicing Real Estate Brokers to learn more about getting into the business. Real Estate Licensees are independent contractors and must be able to spend the capital necessary for computers and computer accessories as well as several hundred dollars for dues and entry fees to get into the business.
