Welcome to my Career and Technical Education (CTE) Professional Development site.  The purpose of these pages is to provide Career and Technical Educators with a resource for learning the skills needed to be a confident, effective teacher. 

The training modules on this site were designed for professional development for post-secondary and secondary/post-secondary combined CTE teachers at Delta-Montrose Technical College in Delta, Colorado.  Some of the modules are specifically for inexperienced instructors, but most of them will apply to more experienced teachers as well.  Most of the modules are designed to stand alone, and can be completed in any order, so you can take them as you need them.
